ExpressLink allows me to provide you with information on sale properties (new listings, price changes, etc) directly and instantaneously from the Multiple Listing Service data base via email. No snail mail. No inconvenient telephone calls.
Here's how it works
Simply provide your name, email address, and search parameters (example: 2 bedroom condo, price range up to $500,000 or beachfront twin, price range between $500,000 and $1,000,000). I will then enter your specific information in our program and attach your email address. Whenever a property is listed that meets your needs, you will be automatically notified via email - complete with all of the property listing information. The information is sent to you within minutes of being uploaded in the MLS system. Which means, you have access to information as quickly as your Realtor! Should you want more information on a particular property or want to preview a new listing, simply call me -- at YOUR convenience! Not sure exactly what you're interested in? A beachfront condo or a larger twin near the bay? No problem! The system is capable of multiple search criteria. ExpressLink is an advanced, no-hassle way of receiving information on real estate here at the Jersey Shore.
