There is a fenced in EP Henry courtyard with a hot tub, BBQ grill, lavish patio furniture and 2 outside showers. Also, for your convenience, the owner provides 8 beach badges, 6 chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach coolers, 1 kayak and 4 beach bikes, great for riding on the promenade. The surfing and kayak beach is located just 1 block away with lifeguards on duty. This professionally decorated home sleeps 10 and features 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. Two bedrooms offer a complete master setting with TV's and cable, private decks and full baths. A bonus room located on the ground floor with courtyard access is suited perfectly for the young or the mature. And for those who like to grill, we have an additional grill on our spacious deck. Who doesn't enjoy grilling Oceanside?
